If the driver does not show up, first contact the driver to ensure that he or she is not delayed. In the event that the driver is a no-show, please contact us.
You have to notify Zimride Support ASAP. As long as we are contacted before the driver is paid (which is the next business day after the trip) as we can put a hold on the payment and investigate.
